TAGUI
GARANYAN
Chef
She has been working at Gayane's since 2012. “What is your favorite dish here?” – we wonder? “How can I choose? I love them all. It is impossible not to love what you cook.” – she answers. She likes to watch TV on her free time. And if you want to surprise Tagui, cook for her – fried chicken would be the best treat.
SERGO
SHALOYAN
Sous chef
He moved to Moscow from Leninakan in 2001 and started working at Gayane's in 2013. He is technologist of public catering by education. Most of all on Gayane’s menu Sergo loves grilled lamb. He doesn’t cook at home since his wife is a chef too.
CHRISTINA
BALYAN
Chef
After arriving to Moscow from Dilijan in 2013, she been working at Gayane's since May 2014. She is a nurse by her education, but cooking is where she really found herself. Christina loses her will power when treated to Gayane’s special trout roulette and enjoys cooking at home too. How can you say no to beloved husband and two sons?
KARINA
BEDZHANYAN
Pastry chef
She came from Ijevan in 2014 and since then is responsible for all sweets and pastries at Gayane's. Though she has a degree in accounting and economics, we are convinced that our Mikado cake suits her better. On the other hand pastry requires that same accuracy as accounting. As for Karina’s tastes she loves shashlyk buy our chef Vladimir Grigoryan. At home our pastry chef cooks for her husband and two sons.
ARUT
PDZHAKCHYAN
Chef
Arut have joined Gayane's team in 2017 after moving to Moscow from Yerevan. He is a food technologist with a very brutal character. Maybe that is a reason he is still a bachelor? And like any bachelor Arut loves pizza, though its Armenian variation – lamadgo. He loves to cook at home too. His future wife would be a lucky lady.
VLADIMIR
GRIGORYAN
Grill man
He traded Yerevan for Moscow in 2012 and immediately started working at Gayane's. As a person who spends most of his time by the fire, he knows everything there is to know about barbecue and kebabs. He also prefers those dishes at Gayane’s. His wife is responsible for cooking at home, while his daughter and son do not mind that.
